Billing

Medical insurance companies usually reimburse urology services. If your visit is covered by health insurance, please bring your membership card. We will bill your primary and secondary insurances as a courtesy to you. Although we are approved providers on most healthcare plans in the area, you should confirm this with your insurance company prior to your appointment. If you have an HMO or other managed care plan, you will need to call your primary care physician and arrange for a referral if required. In addition, we accept assignment from Medicare. We will bill Medicare for our patients.

Patients are responsible for payments and deductibles, co- pays, and any balances not paid by insurance. We are pleased to accept cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. Payment at the time of service helps.
